Looking for somewhere fun to go this summer and don’t want to worry about the weather? Then Great Wolf Lodge is PERFECT! Their indoor waterpark is heated to a comfortable 84 degrees, and the best part is that it is INSIDE your hotel so you don’t have to worry about changing to traveling in wet clothes. There are also tables inside the park so you have some snacks and dry off a bit before heading to your hotel room.
If you still crave the sunshine though, not to worry because there is an outdoor park as well! So fun! We were invited to and explore Great Wolf Lodge for two nights to experience all the fun and the kids didn’t want to leave! June even asked if we could live there. HAHA.
This summer they are offering their Summer Camp-In from May 24th – Sept 2nd. Their Summer Camp-In will start from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, all 16 U.S.-based Great Wolf Lodge resorts will celebrate the joys of camping with an array of special activities and events designed for families to participate in together. The summer fun will be nonstop with pool parties, character appearances, games, music, feasting on flame-grilled barbecue “camp cuisine” and more. When the sun goes down the fun turns up with campfire sing-alongs, summer camp Story Time, dance parties and more. From outdoor yoga to camp bingo, moving their feet in a conga line or a kick-off-your-sandals pool party, families will blaze trails to summer fun like never before. We might just have to go back!
Every kid who stays at the Great Wolf Lodge gets WOLF EARS! The kids were so excited about that and there were lots of wolf howls in that hotel room.
The rooms at Great Wolf Lodge are amazing and we stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms. We were on the first floor and the ceilings were so high and the room was so spacious! The first floor rooms were also where all the action was as well so we never had to walk far to get to the action.
The Family Suite we stayed included 2 queen beds, a full-size sofa sleeper, microwave, and mini-fridge and our room had a walk-up patio that was so nice! We hung out outside in the evenings after the water park closed and the sun went down.
When you come to Great Wolf Lodge you definitely need to get these magic wands and books for the kids. The kids went to every single floor and did magical things with their wands. They had so much fun doing that.
The great thing about Great Wolf Lodge is that it’s not just a waterpark, there are so many activities to keep the kids entertained like character appearances, morning yoga with Wiley and friends, pajama storytimes and a PJ dance party!
