My picky-eater is still my number one picky eater. She hasn’t changed. It’s so hard to get her to try new things and she can eat the same things every. single. day.

So how do we get her to eat what’s good for her?

We try to make it fun.

Her dad and I like to come up with new and fun ideas to make what she already likes and eats…healthier.

Hiding the nutrients that she is missing in foods and snacks that she already loves is KEY.
